How SceneOpt handles files and usage information.
Browser processing and storage
Studio inspects and previews loaded models in your browser. The selected display language is stored in local storage. Clearing browser site data removes this preference.
Information sent to the server
Applying changes sends the model, replacement images and conversion settings to the server. Conversion details and technical browser or access information may be handled as needed to provide the service. Contact details may be collected when needed to respond to inquiries.
Purposes and sharing
Information is used to provide conversion, improve the service, investigate issues, maintain security and comply with law. Uploaded files are not used for unrelated purposes without permission. Personal information is not shared except as required by law, with consent, or with providers as necessary to operate the service.
File retention and deletion
Uploaded and converted files are generally deleted after about 24 hours. Studio normally deletes temporary files when processing ends. Timing may vary with system conditions or incident response.
Management and policy changes
We take reasonable care in managing information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmissions or systems. This policy may change as needed; material changes will be announced appropriately.
